Further Introduction

This site is being developed essentially as a 'personal project'. It is not funded and is an independent project.

It is primarily my personal response to the difficulty of finding a comprehensive source of information about international performance art. Although there is a considerable amount of information on the net about performance, it is scattered far and wide. Often information is duplicated or is out of date and irrelevant.

My aim with this site is to collect all the this information into one place and provide a comprehensive, up to date and easily accessible resource.
