Untitled - Performance Drawings, Anti Performance Art Festival, Kuopio, Finland

The work consisted of a series of life size drawings which documented the performances presented by the other artists participating in the 'Anti' Festival.The drawings were made throughout the three day duration of the festival. All the drawings were based upon digital photographs taken of the artists as they performed. In this way it was a 'live' documentation of the live work. The drawings were created on a 10 meter wall in the central train station in Kuopio.I will be presenting the same project in the upcoming Nippon International Performance Art Festival in Tokyo, March 2003. This is also a performance festival taking place over a number of days and I will again document the work as it is performed, building up a series of wall drawings over the duration of the festival.
